About Me

I have been working with children for over 47years . I have taught in local schools and still work within the education sector as a Supply Teacher and as a Nursery Practitioner in a Pre school. I have a paediatric first aid certificate and have completed safeguarding courses and have a DBS. Throughout my career I have gained experience with children with additional needs. I particularly enjoy making things and being creative. I like being outdoors and enjoying all weathers and particularly like walking along the beach. I have a son of my own, he is 26 he is dyslexic so I have experience of working with children/ people with reading/ writing difficulties and low self esteem.

My Experience

I am a qualified NNEB and BA HONS EARLY YEARS TEACHER. I have taught and worked in nurseries and KS1 for many years. I can offer phonics and reading support for KS1 age children.
