About Me
I am a 22 year old fully qualified Level 3 practitioner with a valid DBS and a QA Level 3 award in Paediatric First Aid and holds a full driving licence.
I am looking for an opportunity to work as a live out nanny. Due to my years of experience working with newborns and all the way through to school aged children becoming a maternity nurse would also be of my interest.
I would describe myself as a young lady who is very positive, energetic and always willing to learn a new task. I have always cared and looked after children and this includes babysitting from a young age; I feel this nurture ability of mine has come due to all of my Mum's side of the family being nannies / teachers / nurses / practitioners.
I would describe myself as a very positive and outgoing young lady who is always willing to try something new. On my days off I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoying the sunshine in my garden or treating myself to a meal out. I have 2 puppies and no other allergies so I would consider myself very much pet friendly.
I flourish in any element of care giving and believe this to be my greatest asset. I pride myself in time management and my organisation skills, as I have years of experience in fast paced environments and the ability to perform under pressure. I believe my speaking and social abilities incorporated with my overall professionalism and confidence are my main strengths and allows me to modify myself in numerous scenarios.
My Experience
I have 4/5 years experience working with children aged from 6 weeks old - primary school age.
During these years I have worked in nurseries full time, a 1 to 1 with SEND children as well as being a self employed babysitter. By having these years of experience it has allowed me to work with a large range of ages as well as abilities of children.
My Qualifications
I am a fully qualified Level 3 practitioner with a valid DBS and a QA Level 3 award in Paediatric First Aid that is valid until 17/02/21.
During the last 4 years i have studied to complete my NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare whilst working simultaneously. During this time I also completed many courses to further my development and knowledge of all the types of children I may come to work with in the future. This includes children with SEND.
