My Requirements

The role will have full care responsibilities for my younger daughter from 7.30am - 5.30pm and will involve school pick up for my oldest at 3.10pm. I'm looking for someone with a real love of children and a positive and fun outlook on life. It's a bonus if you've worked in a nursery or school setting and have strong knowledge of developmental milestones and supporting children's development. There will be no housework involved as we have a cleaner, just the expectation that any childcare related mess is cleared up by the end of the day and the playroom is kept tidy and the toys organised etc. I'm hoping you'll take my younger daughter outside to nearby parks, potentially take her to a baby class (depending on the day of the week), help foster imaginative play, cook delicious, nutritious meals and help her maintain a good nap routine. Both girls will need dinner in the late afternoon/early evening and the older one might need support with some light homework (reading/spelling). On Thursdays my eldest has a swimming lesson that she’ll need to be taken to but she goes into the water alone so you’ll just need to supervise her shower/hair wash afterwards.
