About Me
Hi, My name is Linda, I am a registered full time childminder based in Blackheath off shootershill road, South east London.I have 3 lovely children of age 15 years old, 10 years and 5 years old.
I do not have any pets. I do not smoke so my home is smoke free.
I made the decision to start up my own business after my youngest son was born, I have researched all aspects of child care including the EYFS and I am qualified in Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Home-based Childcare (HBCA)
I have also gained my first aid certificate in pediatric first aid along side an additional course in safeguarding. (Safeguarding of Children)
My true passion is child development and I have enrolled in extra courses to gain a better understanding of this subject .
I run my business from my family home, there is a designated play room and a big garden with lots of resources where the children in my care do their activities.
The environment I provide will be very much focused on developing the children in line with the EYFS. All schools and Ofsted-registered early years providers must follow the EYFS, including childminders, preschools, nurseries and school reception classes.We do visit local parks, libraries, fun parks and forest schools (fee might be required for this service)
My Experience
Trained Healthcare assistant worked in both private & NHS hospitals where i worked in children wards for over 10 years.Trained childminder working with children of all ages ensuring that all their level of learning and development is attained at every stage of their development. And yes as a mother of 3kids too i have gain lots of practical experience in meeting their daily needs both their educational needs ranging from assisting them in completing their homework and studying.It has taught me alot about teaching and patience that is required to ensure the target is achieved.

My Availability
As a key worker, am very much flexible with my availability, just get in touch for us to discuss. Am available all year round but notice will be given for my four weeks annual holiday.
My hours are usually between 7.00am to 6.00pm, unsociable hour is available also(6.30pm to 7.00 am.I also work on sat but on arrangement.
I am able to negotiate rates for weekend care as par unsociable hour.

Linda is the reason why I was able to go to work, and with a calm mind and heart that my kids was being taken care of. I can’t say thank you enough. My kids love her, I love her - she has become part of her family. Linda is very accommodating as well and we’ve even had a few sleep overs so Mama can have a break. She plans lovely activities with the kids and feeds and changes them amazing well. My kids have grown in leaps and bounds in her care. Thank you so much Linda we love you so much and are forever grateful ♥️🙏🏻👏🏼 xxx

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for entrusting your two lovely angels to our care for such a long time. It's amazing to see how quickly time has passed, and it's hard to believe that my little princess is almost two years old since she was 8 months under our care. Your collaboration and support have made this journey incredibly smooth, and we are truly grateful for your trust and appreciation. Thank you for everything.
As my husband and I are both shift worker nurses we knew we would need a childminder instead of a nursery and on a friends recommendation we checked out Linda’s childminding service, and we are so grateful that we did.
Our son has been coming here since he was 9 months old, and he has the best time ever. Linda and co have settled him in so well, he has made lots of friends here and he loves it and smiles so much when we say he is going to his aunty Linda’s. Linda cares for him like he’s her own, she loves him and it doesn’t feel like he is going to his childminders it feels like he is going to a trusted family member.
Linda is attentive and cares about development, she raises concerns when needed, and celebrates all our sons achievements. Our son is always fed homecooked meals which he loves and we trust Linda one million percent when he’s in her care. She gives detailed updates and handovers about our sons day so we are always in the know.
Linda’s service is one of the many reasons we won’t move away from the Greenwich area and we’re thankful we can send any (hopefully) future children here.
If you are looking to choose a childminder, choose Linda. We are so so thankful for her and thankful that we did choose her and we couldn’t think of any team better than Linda’s to help raise our son in his younger years.

Linda has been looking after my daughter for nearly 3.5 years and I can't say even a half bad word about her and her services. My Daughter have one year already at Chilminder . I m very happy with Linda. She is nice and kind and my daughter love her. She like to go everyday at her house to play there. Linda is such a wonderful childminder. She is very friendly, patient and alway go extra miles to help. My daughter enjoy going to Linda. She has learned so much from her and her team. I love the after that she work on unsocial hours. As a Nurse I needed some who is flexible and can adapt to my hours, I’m glad that I find Linda. I will recommend Linda for your child.

Linda is an amazing child minder, I'm so grateful I found her and my daughter absolutely loves going to Aunty Linda's.

Thank you so much for your review and trusting us to care for your lovely daughter,i remembered how curious you were the day you came for viewing. Oh she is a Covid-19 time born baby, it's her first time..... But look at how she settled and even was an outstanding baby on my Ofsted inspection day as the inspector spotted her, she loved and appraised her smartness.
Linda is just bespoken! She 's just got everything what You expect from a carer of Your child! Her personality, passion,commitment,flexibility, care, attitude are 100% excellent! She has beautiful setting with a great outdoor area and playroom, the food is excellent, children have various opportunities to learn through play and achieve their learning goals so quickly! Linda will never lie to You, she is always reliable and You just know Your child is in great hands... Our daughter loves her so much we miss You Linda! Highly recommended!

I rang Linda when my childcare fell through last minute. My lil one loved her and enjoyed every moment he spent with her. She kept me updated with his activities and also sent loads of pictures. I could not recommend her enough. I was very comfortable leaving him with her and I didn't worry at all.

Linda is a kind, thoughtful, hard working lady, who always puts the needs of the child first. She is diligent in taking on instruction from parents about a child's specific needs and schedule etc, and we have never had any problems. She goes above and beyond to make your child happy as they play and learn throughout the day. Linda has shown a unique care and love for our family that I will miss dearly as we move away in a couple of months. I would highly recommend trying Linda as your childminder!

Honestly I can't still believe baby D will be moving and I will not see more of her, i cant believe the bond we have developed during her care with me during our play and learning. Wishing your family all the best and thank you for appreciating our care and services, it was really lovely too working with your family, will miss you so dearly.
