My Experience

I have over five years of experience working in education and childcare settings, including three years as a Nursery Assistant in Bulgaria and two years supporting children in a nursery setting at Barham Primary School. In these roles, I supported early childhood development, assisted with daily learning activities, maintained a safe and nurturing environment, and worked closely with teachers and parents to support children's progress.
In addition to my childcare background, I have experience as a Teaching Assistant, where I supported classroom learning, helped manage behaviour, and provided one-to-one support for pupils. I also have experience in customer-facing and administrative roles, including Student Recruitment Advisor, Reception Assistant, Catering Assistant, and Supervisor. These positions strengthened my communication, organisation, teamwork, and leadership skills, as well as my ability to work in fast-paced environments and support people from diverse backgrounds.

Nanny Experience (Infant Care – 3-Month-Old Baby)
I have hands-on experience caring for a 3-month-old infant, providing attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care. My responsibilities included:
Preparing and feeding bottles (formula or expressed breast milk) on schedule
Safely burping the baby after feeds
Changing diapers regularly and maintaining proper hygiene
Establishing and following sleep routines, including soothing the baby to sleep
Monitoring the baby’s health, comfort, and developmental needs
Sterilizing bottles, pacifiers, and feeding equipment
Engaging in age-appropriate stimulation (talking, singing, tummy time) to support early development
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the baby
Observing and reporting any changes in behavior, feeding, or health to parents
Providing comfort, cuddling, and emotional support to ensure the baby feels secure
