My Experience

I have over five years of experience working in education and childcare settings, including three years as a Nursery Assistant in Bulgaria and two years supporting children in a nursery setting at Barham Primary School. In these roles, I supported early childhood development, assisted with daily learning activities, maintained a safe and nurturing environment, and worked closely with teachers and parents to support children's progress.
In addition to my childcare background, I have experience as a Teaching Assistant, where I supported classroom learning, helped manage behaviour, and provided one-to-one support for pupils. I also have experience in customer-facing and administrative roles, including Student Recruitment Advisor, Reception Assistant, Catering Assistant, and Supervisor. These positions strengthened my communication, organisation, teamwork, and leadership skills, as well as my ability to work in fast-paced environments and support people from diverse backgrounds.
