About Me

Hello! My name is Megan, I'm 23 years old and live in Clandon. I’m available to help families with ad hoc babysitting and after school help. I currently look after children aged 3-9, but have 7 years experience working in children’s nursery’s with children’s aged 6 months-4years.

My Experience

I work in a children's nursery part-time and have done so for 5 years now, where I help with the care of children aged 4 months to 5 years old. This includes leading specialised activities to aid the development of that specific age group, helping with mealtimes, changing nappies, and discussing the children's daily developments with their parents and carers during handovers. During my time working in childcare, I have been able to complete various courses such as safeguarding, food safety level 1&2, child development, fire safety, allergen awareness and more. I have an enhanced DBS certificate and have my paediatric first aid certification.
