About Me
Hi, I’m Nicole! I am a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator with an extensive background in childcare, including experience as a Nanny, Nursery Room Leader, and Nursery Manager. Using my EYFS knowledge to plan fun developmental activities, manage healthy mealtimes, and maintain consistent daily routines.
What sets me apart is my background as a 999 Emergency Medical Advisor, meaning I bring unmatched safety awareness, calm crisis management, and Paediatric First Aid skills to my nannying roles. I am organized, reliable, and deeply committed to helping children learn and grow in a warm, nurturing environment.
My Experience
I started my childcare journey back in 2020 as an apprentice, working towards my Level 3 NVQ in Early Years Education. During this time, I played a pivotal role in building a nursery business from the ground up, helping to transform it from a home-based setting into a fully fledged, dedicated nursery building where I ultimately became the Nursery Manager. Eager to stay closely connected to hands-on childcare, I later transitioned into a Room Leader role, overseeing the daily routines, budgets, and staff training for the early-walkers room. Today, I combine this deep understanding of the EYFS framework with my sole-charge Nannying experience and my background as a 999 Emergency Medical Advisor, allowing me to offer families an exceptional blend of expert developmental care and absolute safety peace of mind.
