About Me

Hello I'm Kate, an Ofsted registered childminder based in New Addington. I was graded strong at my last Ofsted inspection in Feb 2026.
My setting is very much a home from home environment where children learn through play & responsive adult interactions.
I offer a lovely big garden that the children thoroughly enjoy.
Visits to the library, local parks & playgroup are a part of our weekly routine.

My Experience

I’ve been childminding since 2002 & have had the pleasure of working with many wonderful families.

My Qualifications

I have an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare & Education, an up to date paediatric first aid training & level 2 certificate in food safety. I am currently working towards a Level 3 Early Years SENCO Qualification.
I undertake yearly safeguarding training and regularly update my CPD with training relevant to childcare & education.

My Availability

I offer early years care (6months - 4yrs) throughout the year. Term time only contracts are available for parents/carers working in schools.
I also offer before & after school care for children attend the local primary school, Tudor Academy.
