We were with childminder Katie for two years, and from the very first day she changed our lives. My daughter started when she was still very little, and I remember how nervous and scared I was to leave her with someone else. Very quickly, Katie took all that fear away.
Katie became so much more than a childminder , she became a second mum to my daughter. She loved her like her own child, gave her so much care, warmth, and safety, and my daughter loved her deeply in return. Katie’s children are the most kind, loving, and beautiful kids. They welcomed my daughter as part of their family, and she truly felt at home with them.
It breaks our hearts that they are moving. Saying goodbye is incredibly hard, and we will miss them more than words can ever say. We will always be grateful for everything Katie and her family have done for our daughter. They will forever have a special place in our hearts, and we will never forget them.
