About Me
My name is Katie, I am a mother of four children and have always loved working with children. I am a big child at heart and love getting involved with games and activities. I like to be out and about as much as possible, exploring new places and getting muddy and finding new things to do no matter what the weather is, I love playing indoors, using lots of different toys and doing different activities to fill our days.
I have level three qualifications in playwork and homebased childcare, I have a full, clean driving licence as well as the appropriate car insurance and car chairs. I am paediatric first aid trained and have recently had my first Ofsted grading - I received 'Good', I am very happy with this is it is my first grading.
My Experience
I have 15 years experience working with children at every age, I am a mother of four young children (my son who is nine years old. I have three daughters, one is five and a half years old, my third baby is four years old and I my baby will be two in December). I have been working with children in all different aspects of childcare, from holiday and after school clubs, teaching PE lessons in primary schools and working with secondary school children and young adults who have SEND. I have personal experience with children with SEND, I have a younger brother who has dyspraxia and speech delay/learning difficulties as well as a younger cousin who has autism.
I have experience in traditional weaning as well as baby led weaning.
I have a level three in Playwork and level three in homebased childcare.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
I charge £7.50 per hour during sociable hours and £8.50 per hour before 8am and after 6pm. Bank holidays I charge £9.50 an hour.

My daughter started with Katie when she was barely 9 months. And she loved every single day, spending time with Katie's kids. She was so happy to go, they always did some fun activities, going outside; everyday is different. Katie is really amazing and flexible with parents needs.
