Jasmine
Private Tutor in Hertsmere (also available for babysitting)
My Summary
About Me
I’m a qualified primary school teacher and experienced nanny with a special interest in SEND, available for tutoring and occasional babysitting. I take a warm, calm and child-centred approach to tutoring and I work with families to deliver tailored support to their children.
I live in Borehamwood but am happy to drive to nearby areas.
Families describe me as organised, reliable and passionate about helping children thrive.
My Experience
I have provided tutoring for children of all ages, helping with English, reading, maths and homework, as well as general revision skills and exam preparation. I prefer to tutor primary-aged children because of my experience, and I aim to bring creativity and fun to every session, prioritising children’s confidence and happiness.
My psychology degree and school-based experience and training have given me strong insight into child development, learning needs and SEND. Families tend to describe me as warm, reliable and someone who builds strong, positive relationships with children.
