About Me
Hello, my name is Hanan Mukhtar and I am an ofsted registered childminder based in Hulme. I provide a professional, safe and high-quality childminding service for Early Years and school-age children. As a dedicated childcare provider and mother of five, I understand the importance of a secure, nurturing and structured environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially and academically.
My setting offers a calm and well-organised space that supports early childhood education and development. I have a large, secure garden where children benefit from outdoor learning, physical development and nature-based exploration.
I also offer a purpose-built garden classroom, designed to encourage focus and learning. This space includes:
• Early Years educational resources
• Literacy and numeracy learning areas
• STEM and problem-solving activities
• Reading corner and language development area
• Creative arts and role-play station
I provide Early Years childcare, after-school care (with structured activities), School and nursery pick-ups (subject to location), healthy home-cooked meals and snacks and extended working hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm to support working families.
I follow a child-centred and EYFS-based approach, focusing on:
• Communication and language development
• Early literacy and numeracy skills
• Personal, social and emotional development
• Physical development and outdoor learning
• Expressive arts and creativity
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
I aim to build strong foundations for school readiness by promoting independence, confidence and curiosity. Learning is delivered through purposeful play, structured activities and positive engagement.

My Experience
I have almost 7 years of experience working with children across a range of ages and abilities. During this time, I have supported children’s learning and development in both early years and after-school settings, helping them build confidence, communication skills and independence. As a mother of five, I also bring valuable hands-on experience in childcare, behaviour support and daily routines. I have a strong understanding of child development, emotional needs and learning through play, and I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for every child in my care.

I cannot thank Hanan enough for her help with last-minute emergency childcare. She was incredibly responsive, understanding, and stepped in when we truly needed support. From the moment she arrived, she made my child feel safe and comfortable with her calm and caring personality.

Hanan is an exceptional childminder who goes above and beyond in every way. From the moment we met her, we knew our child would be in safe and loving hands. Well where can I start. I'm getting emotional even writing this. My daughter who is now in high-school has attended greenleaf childcare since she was in reception. Due to her now being older we no longer needed a childminder but Hanan became family to us. She made us feel like we didn't need anyone else and always made sure we was OK. She went above and beyond our needs and has always been available even in difficult situations. She is a very generous and kind. Her heart is very big.
Her cozy summerhouse is made just for the children. Her outdoor space is also so massive and provides children to move around freely.
Please guys trust me when I say don't look elsewhere. If you want yo go work happy knowing that your child is in very safe hands then take your child to hanan. Ull thank me later :)

My first meeting with Hanan was absolutely amazing🌸. She's the first childminder who answered 'no problem' to all my questions. She is very flexible, helpful, kind and patient! ❤️
Setting is outstanding as well as service she provides.
My son is always fed, always gets home cooked meals, even when he wants seconds (or 3rds) - you can imagine how tasty it must be 🤩, always happy, loves having his driver who picks him up from school.
Even when I come earlier to pick up my son, all children are happy, playing outside/inside, wherever they want. This place is just amazing. ✨
What is even more important, when not nice situation happened to my child, Hanan helped me solve it immediately and it never happened again! ❤️
She's absolutely the best childminder ever! I can't even say how lucky I am that I found her!🍀

I noticed a massive transformation in my lil one after he started with Hanan. She is an absolute angel, and it feels like family to me. the best decision I made for my lil one was having him at Hana's and I highly recommend anyone looking for both fun time and training to go to her. The kids there love it like home.

Hanan is a welcoming individual who puts all parents heart at ease. She has a way with children that gets them to adore her. She puts her heart and soul into her Childcare and provides the best service she possibly can. She is patient, very kind and also a very understanding childminder. I would recommend to any parent.

Me and my wife started with hanan in 2019 and was very happy with the service she offers. She did after school activities and also was there for us in our time.of need. She is very understanding and very easy to communicate with.
The childcare is always clean and my children always came home full and happy. She would always include them in everything she does and puts the children first.

My 6 year old has been with hanan since the start. Due to relocation I had to take my child out.
The setting is outstanding, safe and very friendly. My child used to look forward to going there and always ame home learning something new.
Superp service, excellent communication skis and very well organised.

I have been and currently with the same provider since my child started reception. My child enjoys the setting. There's alot of space to move around and play and my child gets fed well. Hanan looks after the children her care like her own and I cannot thank her enough. She bonds well with the children and makes life very easy for us. Thankyou hanan and as always I am very grateful I found you.

When I first started looking for childcare for my children I was a but nervous as I have never trusted anyone with my children. I said I'd give it a go and contacted hanan. As soon as I got to her place, my children already felt at home. My children loved it there and felt like her house was a second home. Hanan and her assistants went above and beyond for all the children and made sure that they all were happy by the end of the day. Food was great, outdoor space was excellent and the activities were outstanding.
I would recommend hanan 100 times over to anyone and if I was to move back to Manchester, she would be my first point of contact.
