About Me
My name is Hena and I am an Ofsted registered childminder, I am committed to providing a fun, friendly and safe environment for the children in my care.
I endeavour to provide children with stimulating learning opportunities that reflect their age and stage of development through play and every day experiences. I understand that each child is an individual and treat them with care, empathy and respect.
I believe in working in partnership with parents; welcoming ideas and encouraging parents to provide me with comments and suggestions in their child’s contact books or when they have time to talk. I run my setting professionally, attending training opportunities, respecting confidentiality, keeping organised records in accordance with current guidelines.
I have clear policies and procedures, I am committed to providing a reliable service that parents can depend on and in which they can place their confidence.
TERM TIME ONLY
* Hour Rate is £7
* Unsociable hours £9
(Before 8am after 5pm)
*All deposits made to secure a space are non refundable.

I have been working with Hena for a long time, my older son really likes going there, my younger daughter is also always happy when she sees Hena. I personally have never had a problem here, she is very agreeable, she always tries to help, her house is well-kept and always smells beautiful there🥰 I am really happy and I highly recommend her

We had a settling period with her and all was fine I suppose but then few days before officially starting, she cancelled us saying her assistant left on a short notice due to health reason. No compensation or any other arrangement to cover for us. We were left a few days to find a new arrangement which was really very daunting experience. I know parents would feel the same. Sorry to write this honest review.

Hi I’m very unsure what you mean by compensation as I didn’t take any money from you such as a deposit, I can’t have too many children as I would go over my ratio as for arrangements if you had replied to my message I would’ve have recommended a friend of mine who is a also a childminder but sadly I didn’t hear back from you again I apologise for the sudden change that was out of my hand.
Hena, is a lovely woman! She know what to do, very settle, kind, honest, and respectful! She loves kids, my son love her too! Is so excited when he is coming in morning time at her place. I came to Hena since two months ago and my son already know when he approaches to Hena house, and he is so so happy and joyful🤩☺️🥰. Recommend 100%👍🏻👌🏻🤌🏻!

my son started going to Hena at 10 months and immediately settled and was happy. it's such a lovely warm,nurturing home from home environment. all the children are so happy and content, Hena is always so relaxed, kind and loving. the children don't cry or moan it's clear they all love being there
food choices are great and so much effort goes into every meal, there is great variety and nothing is a problem.
I immediately trusted Hena and felt so reassured with my baby in her care. she would send me pictures and videos throughout the day and in everyone he would be smiling and playing happily.
highly recommended, very lovely environment, will happily give feedback and talk through anything you're concerned about or need reassuring with whilst taking and making suggestions. very down to earth and so so sweet..

Hena is a amazing childminder. My daughter has been with her for couple of months now and absolutely loves going to her. Hena has a great activites. You can tell that Hena loves her job and she goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter are receiving great experiences every single day. Hena shares pictures of what my daughter has been up too and she always tells me what she’s got up to like going to the park, play with toys and in the garden. Not only that she makes amazing home cooked meals which my daughter absolutely loves!

Hena has a nurturing and attentive nature and inspires confidence in no time. She is great with my daughter. My daughter settled into her setting in no time. Daughter enjoys the arts and craft activities and going to the play area. She also enjoys socialising with the other children and playing with the range of toys available. Hena provides a balanced diet, a range of activities for learning and playing and also gives parents great advice about routines and improving sleep. Hena is flexible in her approach and its open to accommodating needs in a timely and patient manner. We love Hena!!!

Hena is very friendly and professional, you can say right away that she loves working with children, she has been taking care of my son for some time, every time he sees her, a big smile appears on his face ... a good sign 👌
