Applied theatre encompasses theatre-making in non theatrical settings. I am a trained drama facilitator and director and have experiences working with all ages. In 2017 I was part of a theatre company that devised a children's show and toured it to primary schools in Manchester. I have also spent a month working in South Africa, delivering a project to high school aged learners about the realities of being a teenager in Johannesburg. I ensure that my work is inclusive and exciting. I am passionate about aiding children's development and learning through engaging art forms and creating meaningful relationships. I would be more than happy to talk more about this!
I am a member of the Tender UK youth board. Tender are a charity who work with children and young people to end gender based violence by promoting healthy relationships.
