My Requirements

After School Nanny

We would like the nanny to collect our children (daughter aged 6.5 years and son who will be 5 in September) from school near St Paul’s Cathedral from Monday to Friday during term time, bring them back to our house in SE15, bath them, and cook fresh, healthy food for their dinner, finishing at 6.25pm. Our son will need to be collected from Reception at 3.25pm. Our daughter will need to be collected from Year 2 at the same school at 3.35pm. They can be brought home on the bus (10-minute walk plus 20/25-minute bus ride). The bus stops opposite our house. The hours for Monday to Friday during term time would be 3 hours per day from 3.25pm to 6.25pm. Our first language is English, but we would like a nanny who speaks fluent Spanish as well as good English - our children have had a Spanish nanny for the past 5 years and are bilingual. They will be learning French and piano at their new school from September so it would be an added bonus if the new nanny also speaks French and/or is musical, but this is not required! We would also guarantee you the option to work a minimum of 6 weeks full time during school holidays (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) if you wanted to do so (dates to be discussed and arranged for mutual convenience). The after school nanny job will start on the first day of term on 7th September 2026. For the first week (Monday 7th September to Friday 11th September) our son would need collecting at 12 midday and our daughter at 3.35pm as there is a settling in period for Reception (so the hours for that that week would be 12-6pm, Monday to Friday). In addition, we could offer up to two full weeks over the current summer holidays (w/c 10 August 2025 and w/c 17 August 2026 - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 40 hours per week).
