About Me

I am kind, hardworking and love working with children. I am committed to maintaining a safe, fun and engaging environment for those in my care.
I am a creative person having studied Jewellery and silversmithing at Edinburgh College of Art, graduating in 2021. It is important to me that this creativity comes through in the day to day care of your child. I am very active and take initiative to find activities and fun to make the most of the wonderful city. I understand the need to fit within the rhythm of each individual family and am flexible to accommodate changing schedules and needs. I am currently working in a design studio in Hackney 3 days a week but am looking for something 2 days a week. Currently Mondays are the only days I cannot work.

My Experience

I have experience looking after a 2 1/2 year old in Glasgow (reference on request) for 2 years.
I have experience working in a nursery and have babysat for both friends and family, looking after children aged 0-10.

My Qualifications

Up to date DBS checked.
I graduated in 2021 with a first (BA Hons) from Edinburgh University studying Jewellery and Silversmithing.

Fantastic caring and thoughtful nanny

Scarlett has babysat and looked after our three children on and off since our first was born eight years ago. She’s reliable and calm, always patient with them and very thoughtful. Our children all love Scarlett and look forward to spending time with her because she is so kind and fun to be with. We can’t recommend her enough!
