Nadeesha has a loving and patient approach with the children she looks after. She really listens and pays attention, and you can see that she genuinely cares about each of them.
When we first started, Nadeesha was accommodating and reassuring with helping our son (and me, a first time mum!) settle and transition to leaving him in childcare.
She was gentle and patient with his naps - and is so skilled with babies and toddlers!
She always keeps us up to date with pictures and messages throughout the day, which I’m so grateful for.
Now it’s been over a year and my son loves going to “Nadee’s house” to have fun.
He looks forward to seeing Nadeesha, Iromi, his little friends and also her lovely daughters when they are around too!
Nadeesha has a playful and fun-loving approach, you can see how much joy she has as the children enjoy themselves! She also prepares engaging and stimulating play-based activities to build fine motor skills, emotional intelligence, personal skills and so much more. They take every opportunity that the weather allows for the children to play outdoors in nature too which in great.
I am so grateful we found Nadee’s Tiney home for our son. My son feels safe, loved and valued and I think that is why he has also learnt so much while having fun!

Nadee has created a genuine home-away-from-home for our daughter. She communicates openly, builds real connections, and has formed a remarkable bond with our child. We trust her completely. Finding her when I returned to work was a turning point for our family, and we’ve never looked back. After a year and a half in her care, we still feel incredibly fortunate to have her in our daughter’s life.

Nadeesha looks after our 16m old baby and has done since she was 11 months old. As our first baby, we were naturally cautious and anxious parents leaving our child with someone else, and felt that we needed a home-from-home experience. Nadeesha has provided exactly that. Nadeesha has been supportive with our daughter’s changing patterns (the transition to one nap a day and assisting with keeping the routine as close to home as possible), and providing all the cuddles and comfort to keep our daughter happy in her care. What we love about Nadeesha are her constant updates throughout the day (as a working mother, I so look forward to these!) and seeing that nothing is too much for Nadeesha. From helping to encourage more water intake as we drop nursing feeds, to helping teach our daughter to self-feed… It truly is like leaving your baby with a family member. I never thought I would see the day where my daughter would leap into anyone’s arms apart from us, yet on drop off, she does this now with Nadeesha. Thank you Nadeesha for all that you do. It means so much to us!
