My Experience

Weekly babysitting duties for my aunty over the past 10 years. Her children are now 10 and 8. This included picking up from school/nursey, after-school activities, mealtimes, bath and bedtime, nappy changes and bottle feeding.
I have also had 1+ year payed experience, the child was 22months when I started and is now 3. This includes the usual nannying activities. Preparing and cooking healthy lunch time meals. Helping potty train the child, putting child down for naps, changing nappies and helping the child get dressed for the day. Preparing healthy snacks at home and also taking snacks out on walks. Taking child to library and encouraging reading and enjoying stories. Playing and making fun activities for the child to enjoying. Making sure the child spends plenty of time outside whether this is on walks or playing in the garden.
I have experience as a Live in nanny in London- regular nanny duties with 1 year old, 4 year old and 7 year old boys, duties included day trips into London on public transport, cooking healthy and nutritious meals, nappy changes, bath and bedtime routines. Planning day trips to parks to have picnics and fun days out.
Recently I have worked as a learning support assistant in a trauma informed school which I thoroughly enjoyed and learnt so many new things! I had to help children learn to read and write as well as being very active and always up for some outside time, being fun and silly!
