Leona has been looking after our son (now 13 months old) since he was 6 months old. She is such a calm presence, but with a brilliant sense of humour and he absolutely loves her (as do we). She has a very positive outlook on life, which shines through in her care for our son. She is very energetic about taking him out (which he loves) and it is clear that he loves her and she has created a strong bond. Leona is excellent at keeping in touch, very flexible about accommodating our schedule, and overall a great support. To add to that, we love her too - she is a very colourful part of our lives.

Andi established the most wonderful rapport with my two children (6 and 4) from the word go. She exudes confidence and understanding whilst setting very clear boundaries. The children had a huge amount of fun with her, and at the same time there was a marked improvement to their manners and domestic habits (folding clothes etc). We would not hesitate to use her again or to recommend her, she is absolutely wonderful.
