I am mother 3 girls , 2 my older girls they are non verbal and they have autism , they understand everything they just can’t talk , they are all in nappies. my older 2 are 6 and 7years old , younger one is 2year old, I have recently found out I am excepting a 4th one, through out my pregnancy, I am going to need help.
