My Experience

I have extensive experience caring for children of different ages, from babies to pre-teens, and have always genuinely enjoyed working with children and being part of their everyday lives.
I was an AuPair in New York for almost two years, caring for three children aged 6, 7 and 12. I also cared for a 4-year-old girl for six months, twin girls aged 3 in Scotland for three years, and a 2-month-old baby girl and a 1-year-old boy for five months. Alongside these longer-term roles, I have also done numerous babysitting jobs with children of different ages, which has given me a really broad range of childcare experience.

I’m a caring, patient and responsible person, but I also love being playful and creative with children. I enjoy arts and crafts, drawing, painting, reading stories, making up games and spending time outdoors.

I also volunteered with children for almost 10 years, working mainly with children aged 5–12. We spent our time reading, drawing, painting, playing games and, quite often, inventing completely new ones!

I really enjoy getting to know each child’s personality and finding ways to make everyday activities fun while also encouraging their confidence, independence and development.

My Qualifications

I'm graduated in Biomedicine.
I did first aid courses and food Safe Training
I speak Portuguese and English and understand Italian and Spanish well.
