About Me

Hi, my name is Amina Deria. I'm an Ofsted Registered Childminder located in Tower Hamlets with over 30 years of experience.

I provide a warm, caring and safe environment for children of all ages and from all backgrounds. I am passionate about nurturing the development of the children under my care and I provide age-appropriate activities to stimulate their learning and development. I am a firm believer in cultivating young minds from a very early age, for example reading to babies which I do regularly.

I am always looking to further my knowledge. I attend workshops and training to continue my professional development and to build upon my knowledge and experience.

My interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people have meant that I have formed life long friendships with many of the parents whose children I cared for.

My Experience

I have experience working in both nurseries and as a childminder. I have been providing care as a childminder in my current setting since 1989. Over that time I have undertaken numerous courses relating to childcare.
