About Me
Hello, I am an independent and confident young lady, i pride myself in being approachable and Caring, I find joy in looking after and taking care of children, I enjoy watching them develop. I hold knowledge of the EYFS, therefore would be able to offer your child a structured plan, that i would develop with the parents/carers to fit their needs, including; educational, exercise, eating and sleeping habits and creative thinking. I am a creative and active person myself and am good at planning activities in and out of the child's home in order to keep them engaged. In my free time, i like to read novels and draw/paint.
My Experience
I have 6 years experience in childcare settings as well as first hand experience with children aged 5 to 11. I have a years experience working in a SEND and SEMH school with 5-11 year olds. As well as a years experience working with children with complex medical conditions.
My Qualifications
I hold a level 2 qualification in childcare and a level 3 in Care, Learning and Development. I am DBS checked, and hold multiple additional certificates, these include; First aid, health and safety, Step-on and step up, safeguarding and have knowledge of the EYFS. I have experience with children aged 3 months to 5 years. Several years Experience with SEN as well. As well as a years experience with children with complex medical conditions; including; tracheostomy, stoma care, gastrostomy feeds and medication administration.
My Availability
I work set shifts as a room leader/supervisor in a Montessori and Forest nursery. As well as Irregular shifts as a complex care paediatric support worker. Please contact me regarding availability.
