My name is Carla,
I am 33 years old, I have two children 8 and 13 years old. Currently attending Zouch Academy (school drop off and collection from this school only)
Previously I have been a childminding assistant in the local area and really enjoyed working along side parents/carers to encourage learning and growth of their children's development and watching them grow into having their own personalities.
I have been lucky enough to be in a position to start my own childminding business from home and looking forward to meeting and working with new families.
We will be having lots of adventures and trips out including trips to farms, soft play areas, parks and the library recently we have even a young ones saddle club, learning to care for and even ride the ponies.
My Experience
Working as a Childminding Assistant I have first hand experience of the day to day duties of a childminder and I have all the relevant qualifications to help your children learn and grow. I am also in the middle of achieving my Diploma in childcare. I recently obtained a GOOD rating from Ofsted.

I have an enhanced DBS check - (as does anyone within my household that is over 16)
Safeguarding certificate
Knowledge of the EYFS (Early years foundation stage)
Paediatric first aid certificate

0730 - 1300 Friday

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
Early years care is £5.50 per hour
Before and After school care is £6 per hour

We chose Carla's Cubs for my son from the age of 12 to 27 months. He was the first child to join the setting, in that time Carla helped my son grow and learn whilst having fun. The setting is warm and welcoming with everything your child could need. Carla herself was flexible and understanding with any changes or support we required as a military family. We were always kept informed of the days activities, in person, via daily diary and with pictures. Sad to have left the setting. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs a childminder, my son felt very at home there with lots of adventures.
