About Me
I am a qualified practitioner who has a level 3 diploma in childcare and education this year. I am a fun and kind person and love working with children to help them to develop and become the best person that they can be. I am very responsible and mature which i believe are important qualities when looking after children as i can be somewhat a positive role model on the child and help parents feel comfortable with me caring for their child or children and meeting their needs. I have 7 years of experience working with children in both nurseries and recently spent 3 years with a family as a private nanny looking after their 4 children which i absolutely adored.
My Experience
I have worked in three childcare settings, i worked at East Leake Village Day Nursery from October 2018 until December 2019 part of this was placement for my course but i was offered a job working there also. I then attended Lantern Lane school and worked with the year one children as another form of my placement to develop my understanding and knowledge of working with slightly older children. I recently was made redundant from my employer Papermoon in Lenton due to the pandemic and worked there from January 2020 until June. All of these settings have helped me to develop my practice and have ensured that i have a better understanding of meeting childrens individual needs and providing the care that they need. My most recent role lasted for 3 years and i was in charge of caring for four children and the family dog. I helped with homework, planning activities, keeping the house tidy and cooking meals also.
My Qualifications
I have a Technical certificate in childcare and education at the grade A* and i am currently waiting for my overall certificate which has been delayed due to the pandemic.

Chloe was the very first person we left our 7mo old with outside of a family member, so a big deal for any new parents.
We straight away knew she was more than capable to look after our baby. She has a beautiful nature and is very hands on and engaging. She kept track of everything during the day and sent me updates and photos which was really helpful.
I actually learned a lot from her re foods and toys for her age group. She successfully got our girl sitting alone too which is huge. She was really persistent with it.
Harper didn’t even care when we came home, she would continue cuddling Chloe and was never upset when we left her.
I highly recommend Chloe. We are moving back to Australia, otherwise I wouldn’t be letting her go.
