My Experience
My experience spans over seven years of working with children across nursery, school, kindergarten, and private nannying settings.
I began my career working with Stirling Council in Scotland, where I spent four years supporting children in nursery and school environments. In this role, I helped deliver daily routines, supported learning activities, and contributed to children’s emotional, social, and educational development.
I then worked for two years in a psychology-focused kindergarten, where I gained experience supporting early childhood development through structured learning, play-based education, and behaviour-focused approaches informed by psychological principles.
Alongside this, I have two years of private nannying experience, where I provided one-to-one care within family homes. This included planning activities, supporting routines, preparing meals, encouraging development through play, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
Throughout all roles, I have developed strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to support children with a calm, patient, and nurturing approach tailored to their individual needs.
