My Requirements

We would consider nanny share, live in or live out nanny.

We are family of four based in St John, Jersey. We are looking for a warm, energetic and experienced nanny to help with our 2 boys (19 months old and 3.5 years old). Both kids are happy and healthy with no allergy. The 3yo goes to preschool 5 days/ week from 8.30am-3.30pm.

Duties
- All Nursery Duties

- Help with potty training.

- Help with nap and play routine.

- Providing a range of indoor and outdoor activities, swimming lesson once a week.

- Helping with the child’s development/ milestones.

- Organizing appropriate activities and play dates for the children

- Cooking fresh and healthy meals for the children.

- Dropping off and picking up the older child.

- Light housekeeping related to kids only.

Specification

- Start date: we can be flexible for the right person. Start date between mid November to beginning of January 2024

- Days: Mon-Fri

- Live Out

- Hours : 8am-5.30pm. Please do get in touch if you can only do about 40 hours as I can try to adjust my working hours.

- Salary: £16-18ph gross depending on experience

- Babysitting: occasional evening babysitting with notice in advance is appreciated.

- Driver: yes.

- Qualifications: Not required. Past experience working at a nursery is a plus.

Candidates need to have:
Experience in looking after young multiples.
Experience with the relevant age range.
Understanding of children milestones and encouraging them to explore within safe boundaries.
Good at cooking nutritious meals.
Energetic and creative with organising activities/ play dates.
Have a playful and loving approach towards the children at the same time hold firm and consistent boundaries.
