My name is Daria. I’m 29 years old, originally from Poland. Moved to England 7 years ago. I have looked after children from all the ages (1-12). Have 7 years of experience in this field (here and in Poland). I love children and enjoying being around with. Have myself one little sister too. To be honest nanny job I will always describe as a dream job with a lots of fun and many beautiful memories. I’m really enjoying doing it and the children I looked after they also can feel it!
I’ve finished university in Poland. I’m a physiotherapist by profession so the First Aid is ‘’in my blood’’.
I’m warm, caring and loving nature person. I have great communication skills. I’m very responsible, trustworthy, active, creative, and highly organised person. I know how to adapt quickly to the house rules. I’m really good cook so I can prepare healthy meals and snack for the children (I don’t use salt unless parents ask me to). I’m pescatarian but I know perfectly how to cook the meat dishes. My priority is making sure they follow the routine that the parents wanted for them and keep them safe at all times. I’m really friendly and the kids attach to me real quick!
Normally I could help with kids preparation for school - also drop off and for pick up in the afternoon. I’m good in organising indoor and outdoors activities / games (baking, light cooking-making a homemade pizza, visiting museums or farms). I’m happy to can bath the child/children or/and give the dinner. For holidays from school I can organize nice trips, play dates with other friends, drawings, paintings but also many other activities! As daily I would like to be taking the child/children to the parks, playground, playgroups and library to let them enjoy the most of their childhood and live the new experiences everyday !
When it comes to children birthday I’m more than happy to do the preparation (decorations, draw the invitations or cards) and host during the party. I always try to make it feel special and unforgettable.
