We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Part-Time Family Assistant to support our household with a daily school run for one child and general housekeeping duties.
This is a morning-only role with consistent hours during term time and reduced hours available during school holidays.
My Requirements
Working Hours
Term Time:
7:30am – 9:00am: School run
9:00am – 10:00am: House cleaning
Total: 12.5 hours per week
School Holidays:
Approx. 5 hours per week, cleaning only (flexible)
Responsibilities
School Run
Assist a 7-year-old child with morning routine
Drive child to school (approx. 20 miles)
Safe handover to teacher at drop-off
Use of family car provided
Housekeeping
General household cleaning
Dusting, vacuuming, etc.
Tidying and maintaining a clean home
Cleaning products and equipment provided
Requirements
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Confident driver
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently
Experience with children and/or housekeeping preferred
Right to work in the UK
Available to work on a self-employed basis
