Hello!
My name is Francesca and I currently live in Lordswood, Chatham. I am a parent to one child.
I have a 2:1 degree in Criminal Justice covering a broad range of subjects including the care and protection of children and families, victims of crime and law. I have also gone on to further expand my skills and knowledge within children's education. I hold a level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, diploma in Children's Studies and EYFS teaching certificate. I also have a certificate in recognising and supporting children with SEN.
I am able to offer tutoring services for English language, phonics etc - primary age groups. I am also able to offer childcare/babysitting or respite services for families.
My Experience
I have been running a private tutoring business for 3 years helping children from various backgrounds who need help with the English language. This includes reading, writing, phonics, speaking, pronunciation etc. Also where English is a second language.
I also have a child of my own whom I have used the Read, Write, Inc reading and phonics system with. We enjoy reading, colouring, drawing, lego & watching movies together.
I have previously worked in a primary school where I helped children with their reading.

My Availability
Available for tutoring most afternoons/early evenings on a virtual platform. In person on a weekend day from my own address as I also have a child. I currently tutor English as a foreign language here.
Available for childcare/babysitting on a Friday and Saturday. I have an enhanced DBS. If babysitting is in your home I may need to bring my 11 year old with me.
