About Me
My name is Cara I am 23 years old, I am an Ofsted registered nanny and I have worked in childcare for 7 years. I am looking for work as a nanny (i also do babysitting too) in the Eastbourne, Polegate & Hailsham area. I have a full driving license and my own vehicle (I also have all stage car seats).
I am caring and patient and have lots of energy. I really enjoy organising different activities which will enable children’s development whilst most importantly having fun!
My Experience
I gained a childcare qualification at Bexhill college. I also have a paediatric first aid qualification and a portable DBS. I am a member of PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare & Early Years) who also cover my business with public liability insurance. I have worked in a variety of different childcare settings prior to setting up my own business such as: a registered childminder’s assistant, and a practitioner in 3 other nuseries including a large outdoor forest school nursery. These positions have been for paid work, work experience and as a volunteer.
I have worked with children from 5 months to 10 years. I have also cared for children with a variety of different needs such as ADHD, autism, epilepsy. I have experience with children for whom English is an additional language.
