My Experience

I have been put in charge of children for as long as I can remember. Firstly with my own siblings and then with cousins and family friends but my official experiences began in 2017 as I found a job with a company called Friendtivity. Friendtivity is an organisation that helps parents hire people with the skillset that they want to help their children develop, this is done through individual sessions or group sessions. The family I worked with wanted me to supervise the children's homework assignments, help them develop cooking and sewing skills and even help them learn new languages, known by me and foreign.

Besides that, I, later on, found a babysitting job through the town I lived in. I was in charge of 5 children from 2 different families, ages 11- 9 months. I organised activities for the children, made lunch or dinner for them, helped with their schoolwork and was very good at following through with the demands of parents when it came to bedtimes, when and how long the children were to spend using their electronics etc.

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
