The most wonderful childminder

Ali has been taking care of our son since July 2021 when he was around 18 months old, and she has been absolutely amazing!
She is incredibly caring and loving, and our son loves going to her setting. He sometimes asks to go to Ali's house even at week-ends. Ali plans plenty of interesting activities and outings with the children, following their interests but also making sure to incorporate educational experiences, such as counting, learning the alphabet, colouring, singing and reading books.
Children are always extremely happy and polite in her setting, and our son has learnt very good manners and has become much more independent since joining.
She has also dealt with some instances of challenging behaviour from our son incredibly well, always with calm and clear communication, and a ready smile when he would behave well.
Ali always communicate promptly with us, and has been incredibly flexible in accommodating our working hours, as well as embracing our home language and learning words and phrases to understand and communicate with our son as effectively as possible.
She is an amazing childminder, and we have been extremely lucky to have met her. We would take her with us now that we are moving cities, if we could!
