Michelle and Campbell have looked after our three children over the course of the last 5 years. They each started at around 10 months until they moved onto nursery. We could not have wished for more loving, supportive, attentive care; Michelle and Campbell really are one of a kind! They show huge attention to detail in everything they do - from noticing if the children seem in any way out of sorts to ensuring they are well fed and watered throughout the day, supporting with toilet training, helping them navigate any transitions, and always keeping clear and open lines of communication with parents. They are so creative in the activities they do with the children and regularly take the children on little outings to the local community centre or further afield. We feel so lucky to have had their support in these early years of our children's lives, and they will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
