About Me
I live in my bungalow with my two girls and family called Pebbles. I have a very large playroom and garden for the children to explore with opportunities for sensory play, outdoor play equipment, role play, Mark making and so much more. I am very fortunate to have a seven seater car which means we go out and about almost every day. I work with Sarah Stearman who lives in Staxton and we meet everyday. This provides the children with the opportunity to make additional friends.
My Experience
Having trained as an Accountant and a ten year career as an Inland Revenue Officer, having my daughter inspired me to re train. I initially began volunteering in a local primary and was then offered a full time job specialising in Early years. Whilst working here I met Sarah Stearman and we left school August 2019 to start up Coastal Childcare. I am passionate about my work and pride myself in being able to offer a home from home environment which provides a stimulating and extensive bit of course fun learning environment.
