Hello! I’m Hannah, I am 25 and live at home with my Mum, Dad and younger brother James who is 16. I absolutely adore animals especially cats, we have two called Roux & Smudge. I also love to travel and am very fortunate to have visited some incredible places over the years. I've grown up doing what I love; performing. Some of my fondest memories are performing to Tim Rice in Aida at the Minack Theatre and workshopping Oliver JR to Sir Cameron Mackintosh. Also having roles in BBC's Holby City and HBO's The Nevers. Aside from acting, I love to be outdoors, spend time with my family and friends. I'm very passionate about life and believe you should try and spend as much time as possible doing what you love, with who you love. I love to experience new things and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. I've been driving for 7 years and have a full UK drivers licence. I also have my certificate for the Paediatric First Aid course I completed in July 2023.
My Experience
I have been working with children from the age of 14 and I knew childcare is something I wanted to take on. Growing up with younger siblings / cousins has definitely benefited me to help understand children more. I started off babysitting and chose to do my work experience week in a playgroup when I was in year 10. At 15, I started my first job working in a children’s indoor soft play; RunAbout. In 2016 I was a children’s entertainer at Crockford Bridge Farm over Halloween and Christmas. Between 2017 and 2018, I was an after school nanny / housekeeper for 2 girls aged 10 and 12. From 2017 to 2021 I was an assistant in Kids Club at the Four Seasons Hotel. Then in 2019, I got promoted to Supervisor. I have also taught dance to infant age children with a local Performing Arts company; BustaGroove. For the past 6 years I have performed at LaplandUK as one of the main Elf’s in the show! Everywhere that I've worked has really allowed me to grow as a person, learn and develop new skills and overcome obstacles. I've had experience with children all different ages. I’m someone who loves to make sure lots of fun is involved! I thoroughly enjoy working with children and find they respond to me really well. I also studied Child Development at GCSE and have worked with children from 2 to 14.
