My Experience
I have been in the tutoring industry for over 10 years teaching English for the past 9 years, and I can confidently assert that I have substantial experience in teaching the transferable skills that the National Curriculum requires of English teachers. Working as a supply teacher in various schools has also helped me gain experience teaching learners of different ages and abilities, from top set pupils to learners with profound learning difficulties.
My Qualifications
PGCE Secondary English. I recently graduated from Birmingham City University, where I gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. Prior to commencing the PGCE, I studied a master degree in English Literature at the University of Nottingham.
