I live at home with my partner Robert and our family dogs Blue and Belle I love the outdoors, cooking and reading.
My Experience
I have 31 years of experience of working in the childcare sector and have worked with all ages of Children. I have managed a nursery for the last 14 years and have now decided the time is right to transfer these skills to my own childminding business. I am passionate about childcare and look forward to sharing many imaginative and creative learning experiences for children who attend my service and transferring my skills as a previous nursery manager to my own setting.
My Qualifications
I hold a higher national certificate in childcare and Education and a level nine degree also. I have a current First Aid certificate and many other qualifications that relate to Childcare and Education. I am also a Council funded childminder.

Monday to Friday 8-6pm also available for before School and after School-Dunblane Primary

My 2 year old daughter has only been at Tricia for a few weeks but her confidence and social skills have developed so much since attending! Prior to this she was very shy and unsure of people and now she is so sociable. She absolutely loves Tricia.

Tricia has known my daughter for five years and first met us when she was manager of Bright Beginnings Stirling and Dunblane. She has cared for Lauren from age 2-7 since. During this time Lauren has been diagnosed with ASD/ADHD for which Tricia helps her catch up developmentally and plays to her strengths. Without Tricia's support we would have been un able to balance work and care for Lauren. She even helps with reading, school work all whilst balancing Lauren's interests in creative projects and forest school on Holme Hill. Thanks so much, Tricia. You are fab. xo

Our 4 and 1 year olds absolutely love their time with Tricia, and both settled in happily from day one. She is creative in planning engaging activities both inside and outdoors, working with their interests and finding learning opportunities for each of them. We love that the children can benefit from her years of experience in childcare combined with a nurturing home from home atmosphere, complete with a lovely gentle dog (who they are now obsessed with!) We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for childcare in the area.
