About Me
Hello. I am a mum of 4, and a fully qualified teacher, having worked in and out of school for 30 years with children both in the mainstream, and in SEN. I have a lot of experience also as a babysitter/child carer, having worked with different families over the years. I have a fully enhanced child DBS certificate.
My Experience
I have a huge amount of work experience with children, including a lot of SEN work experience, and have worked with many children of all ages with a variety of both behavioural and learning needs. I am calm and confident and consider myself to be an excellent carer with a great understanding of children. My most recent job was at an early years/KS1 primary school which was a contract that ended in July 2020. Prior to that I have worked in both primary and secondary schools, and also as a babysitter to many families in Harrow. Whilst my children were young I undertook voluntary work as Chair of a local SEN pre school, and also as Chair of my children's primary school PTA. I am very comfortable working with babies and children and have a great deal of empathy and patience in all situations.
My Qualifications
I am a fully qualified teacher with 30 years of experience with children aged from nursery, early years, through to 18 years.
My Availability
I am free on Saturday and/or Sunday during the morning/afternoon/evening.
