About Me

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a young at heart mum of 4 grown up children, the youngest being 21 years old. I also have a 6 month old beautiful granddaughter.

When my children were young I was a registered childminder working from home which worked well alongside me raising my children.
It was a very busy but fun happy time.
As my children became more self-sufficient I switched to becoming a private nanny.
I have been with my current family now for 10 years starting with them when the youngest was 14 months. My duties have been day to day care which consist of age appropriate clubs, play dates and all child friendly activities making sure they had a healthy and well balanced diet.
Currently, my day consists of drop off and pick up from school, and helping with homework.
My duties also include keeping the house clean and tidy, doing the children’s washing and taking the children to doctors and dentist appointments.
We have had a very fun happy 10 years. I have also over this time period helped out many other families with after school care/ occasional short notice care and many baby sits with different families.
I like to think of myself as a fun happy person who is a kind, caring, gentle, loyal, and a conscientious nanny.
I always treat any children in my care as I’d wish my own to be treated.
