About Me
Hi there! My name is Scarlett, I am 26 and work at an arts university. I am available for tutoring in the evenings and weekends. My specialties are English Literature and Theatre, however am qualified to tutor all humanities subjects up to GCSE level. My undergraduate and post-graduate degrees are both in the arts.
My Experience
Before my current job in the arts I was a nanny, so have lots of childcare experience. I now work for one of the worlds leading arts universities teaching creative writing, alongside freelancing as a writer. I am fully DBS checked and have first aid qualifications.
My Qualifications
I have 14 A*-C GCSE's. I have three A's at A-levels, in English Literature, Drama and Film Studies. I have a degree from the University of Manchester in Drama and Screen Studies, and a Masters Degree in Creative Writing. I have had training and have gained qualifications in the following four areas - Information governance and GDPR regulations, Safeguarding for all, Emotional intelligence, empathy and relationship based practice and Changing attitudes - Positive approaches to inclusion.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £30.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £40.00 per hour
My fees are dependant on the work expected of me, as I understand that each household is different! My rate is £15 an hour for only childcare work, and £18 an hour if I am expected to undergo minor household tasks. I am happy to discuss this rate depending on the hours I would be working and the workload.
