We were impressed with Matthew’s skills and ability to manage our very energetic toddler. He taught our daughter to tidy up after her toys, to eat without an iPad and to play in her room without interrupting her father from working from home. Matthew is very knowledgeable, has a natural talent in establishing a good connection with the child, keeps a very good communication with the parents, cooks very good meals, leaves a clean kitchen, makes sure the child interacts with other children in the park, shows initiative in shopping missing ingredients. The amount of things he gets done in a day (while keeping the toddler happy to the end of the day) is amazing!
