About Me
Hello. I have been looking after children for 40 years. I have 2 lovely children of my own (22and 17 and a very friendly labrador. (11)
I was a nanny for 23.5 years staying with my first family for 10 years, the second for 11 years and my last family for 2.5 years.
All the families I cared for I am still in contact with and see them regularly.
I worked in a private Montessori nursery in Richmond for 2 years and have done countless babysitting jobs around the Ham, Richmond ,St Margaret's area.
I have also been running a lunch time club twice a week at a school in Petersham for the last 6 years.
In 2004 I became an Ofsted registered childminder as it fitted into my family life .
My childminding children tend to stay with me for a long time . One family 11 years and another 8 years and a few come back to me after such things as maternity leave.
I love my job and I am a mummsy sort of childminder who will treat your children as one of my own. It's a very family run setting . As a family we enjoy playing board games card games , doing arts and crafts reading books cooking chatting and having a laugh. We love music and have alot of musical instruments in the house.
Living in Ham means there are a lot of lovely walk to go on and places to visit.
Making sure your children are safe , well looked after and happy are my main priorities.
I have all the relevant paperwork and certificates and policies in place to show you which is great but I feel truly caring about your child keeping them safe and getting on well is the key to a happy setting.

My Availability
Preferably I am looking for children 3 years and over term time only but will work in half terms or some of the summer holidays. I will do school pick up after school care , some occasional babysitting,
I will do morning/afternoon nursery pick up.
I will start from 8am- and work up till 6pm
I'm happy to work part time or do a few full days

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Childminding from £12.00 per hour
I charge £12 per hour for childminding minimum hour 3.
£12 per hour babysitting. £15 after midnight
I will provide healthy snacks / fruit and a sandwich but if you want a proper cooked meal please bring your own food and I will be happy to heat it up.
