About Me
Hi, My name is Lauren. I am a friendly, caring Ofsted registered childminder based in Swinton. I live with my husband Rob, our 2 children age 10 and 5 and our pet tortoise Shelly.
I provide a warm, welcoming and safe home from home environment.
I follow the EYFS to promote children's health and well being. I offer a wide range of activities and toys that support all areas of children's learning and development. I also take children out on regular trips to visit places such soft play centres, parks, library, the farm and local baby and toddler groups.
I offer before and after school childcare for children attending Grosvenor Road Primary School. I live very close to the school so we can walk to school and back everyday.
Healthy home cooked meals and snacks will be provided.
My Experience
I have 2 children of my own aged 5 and 10.
I have worked in nurseries for over 10 years where I have gained experience in working with children of all ages.
My Qualifications
I have an NVQ in children's leaning and development,
I am registered with OFSTED and myself and my husband are on the DBS update service which is updated yearly.
I have up to date safeguarding/child protection training, Paediatric first aid and Level 2 food hygiene.
I am insured through PACEY.
My Availability
Full time and Part time spaces available.
Before and after school care available for children attending Grosvenor Road Primary School.
I work from 7.30 - 6 Monday- Friday, these hours can be flexible.
