About Me
Hello,
I’m looking for an experienced primary school-trained tutor for my 7-year-old child, who will be entering Year 3 in September 2026. We are located in Wellingborough but can also travel locally to facilitate sessions.
My Requirements
What we’re looking for:
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 / Year 3
• Strong focus on reading comprehension, writing confidence and maths reasoning
• A calm, patient and encouraging approach
• Ability to adapt lessons to suit my child, not just worksheets
• Someone who enjoys building confidence as much as academic progress
Practical details:
• 1 hour per week (initially)
• In-person preferred (Wellingborough)
• DBS required
