My Experience

• Organisation & Prioritisation – Employed in the execution of the various jobs l have been involved in. I am able to work under pressure at all times and respond to conflicting demands.
• Customer Services - experience in all aspects of customer services administration including customer care, handling complaints, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and coordination of internal roles and responsibilities in all work experiences.
• Flexibility & Change – In the various jobs and duties in which l had worked. I have not only been flexible, but had to cope with challenging situations and adaptations.

• Chartered Management Institute (CMI Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership

My Availability

I am available as soon as you are ready to start your course/training in Childcare, Early years educator and Supporting Teaching and learning. Support can also be given to employers who are willing to train their employees to progress to level 3 OR above.
A bespoke training calender can be agreed with potential learner or employer.

• Tutoring from £5.00 per hour

No Fees, trainings are funded by government.
