About Me

My name is Loren, I am Friendly, fun and nurturing individual who is always up for a challenge! I am currently a Foster carer for 2 children and find working with children is both: warm and rewarding.

I have 7-8 years of professional childcare experience to which I've proven to implement positively inside and out of formal environments. I have a great relationship with families and understand the importance of work, divorce and children who require additional support.

I am both attentive and understanding, making it easy to connect and build trust with children. I put their needs first and cater my babysitting/ childcare services to the child and families personal requirements.

I have worked with children between the ages: 3 months up - 16 years, in multiple childcare environments. This includes: pre schools, primary schools, babysitting agencies, SEN departments and teaching assistant roles too. I also have 2 children under Foster care which is a huge duty to obtain.

Working in the above settings has allowed me to improve on personal skills and use them to better my ability to care for others. Some skills I have obtained whilst working in childcare are:
