About Me
Hello dear parents ,
My name is Wissam, I am a degree educated , registered childminder and I operate a childcare service called Weso Childcare. I have been working in childcare for 12 years both in an educational setting and in private households. I’am also a mother for 2 children.
Currently I have vacancies for children aged 3 months upwards .
I have Cache certificate in childminding as well as level 2 diploma in care, an enhanced DBS check , food hygiene and safety-level 2 ,Early help assessment and Being a Key Person in an Early Years Setting Level 2.
I believe the homely environment and nurturing are essential for children’s development and my understanding that finding the right childcare is probably one of the hardest decisions as parents we will ever make !
I wanted to provide a service to those parents who find it difficult to part with their child as i did. I aim to reassure all parents of the children that i care for, that while they are in my care they will be treated as part of the family members and i assure you thats how your children will feel!
I strive to provide fun filled experience for the children i care for ! that is relaxed , flexible and of excellent quality! :)
I take the children to age appropriate activities such as rhyme time,soft play and libraries. I also love to plan trips to local farms zoos museums and other London attractions also arranging play dates. There is also access to a spacious garden with a range of outdoor toys . I cannot recommend Wissam highly enough! She has been looking after my youngest son since he was just 8 months old, and before that, she cared for my eldest child with the same warmth, patience, and dedication. Over the years, she has become so much more than just a childminder, she’s practically family.
From the very beginning, Wissam has provided a nurturing, safe, and loving environment for my children. Her ability to connect with them, understand their needs, and support their development has been incredible. Whether it’s helping with milestones, engaging them in creative play, or simply offering cuddles when they need comfort, she goes above and beyond every single day.
What sets her apart is her genuine care. My children absolutely adore her, and it’s such a relief knowing they are in the best hands possible. She communicates openly, is incredibly reliable, and has a natural talent for making every child feel special.

Wissam has been wonderful over the past 11 months. My child is always excited to spend the day with her and her support , caring nature has made it much easier for me to return to work. She provides a very caring, supportive and fun home-from-home environment which is exactly what I was looking for. The children have a wide variety of activities during the day, including plenty of time outside. Her communication is excellent, always knowing exactly what the children up to and what have they eaten with photos .We would not hesitate for a second to recommend Wissam for anyone looking for a reliable and caring childminder. Wissam has been looking after our 2 year-old son for the past year. As a new mom going back to work, leaving my baby in the hands of another person felt impossible. I remember visiting Wissam as part of the interview process, I started to cry, Wissam was so warm and comforting, and in that moment I knew this is the type of care my son would receive. My son loves going on to Wissam’s… she takes the kids on outings to the local play centre’s, she gives them delicious and varied home made food, and she builds very special bonds. Wissam’s setting was exactly the type of care I was looking for my son as his first step into child care. My son will now be transitioning to a nursery setting, but we are sad to leave Wissam and her family, all of whom have shown a lot of love to our baby boy. Thank you for everything Wissam! We will miss you.
