We are a married couple and parents to two beautiful boys, 4 years and 6 months old.
I return to work in January 2023 but would like to start getting some help now. My job will allow some flexibility but will need a reliable and consistent setting on part-time basis.

Bardha has been our nanny for 2 years looking after our boy who was one year and four months when she started. Within very short time I could see that she naturally took to him and as Milan grew he very much benefitted from having a relationship with her. She provided lively and stimulating play activities, took him outside to the parks and playgrounds, attended classes, and did occasional evening babysitting. When I left for work in the morning I felt sure my son will be looked after with care and love.
When he started at his nursery part-time she was able to bring him and collect him, this helped with the transition and he is ready to start going full-time very soon. It was also helpful that we are both living within the same local area and she could bring our son to her house sometimes. It will take time not having her help as she is leaving in a few weeks but we are confident we will be in touch together. We couldn't have asked for a better nanny for our son and she will go highly recommended by us!
