Hello. My name is Yvonne Fletcher and I’m an ofsted registered childminder living in Monkspath.
I work from my own home offering a friendly home from home setting where the children enjoy playing in my purpose built playroom and garden.
We are out and about in the community a lot, visiting groups,parks,farms libraries etc.
I also run the local toddler group (Shelly farm parent and toddler group) your welcome to pop along and meet everyone. Suitable for all ages 0-5 yrs.

I open at 7.45am and close at 18.00pm. Mon - Fri

Our daughter had been going to Yvonne for just over 2 years & we can only describe her as exceptional.
Her warm and kind approach to every child is heartwarming, she knows every child’s individual needs & personalities and tailors her approach to this.
She ensures that she creates a safe environment so they feel comfortable and provides educational & fun activities to support development. Every time our daughter comes home she is excited to show us what she created and learned.
The set up she has is beautifully thought out, clean and and there is so much variety for the children.
Yvonne also listens to you as a parent and we trust her completely. She has been truly amazing.
We cannot express how grateful we are and honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is fabulous. Our little one is now moving on to preschool and will miss her so much. Anyone looking for a childminder we cannot recommend her enough.

My youngest has been with Yvonne for just over 2 years and words cannot describe how wonderful she is. Yvonne creates a warm, safe and nurturing environment where my child feels happy and secure.
Yvonne has a lovely set up at home where there are a large range of toys to play with inside and out. Yvonne plans engaging activities that support’s development while having fun.
My child’s confidence has grown so much since being with Yvonne, he has a lovely group of friends and he loves to talk about his day. Ive recommended Yvonne to a few people and will continue to do so.

We feel so fortunate to have found Yvonne as our childminder. She has cared for our daughter since she was just under a year old, and now, at nearly five, she continues to enjoy wrap-around care with her. In that time, our daughter has flourished in Yvonne’s setting. Yvonne provides a nurturing, stimulating environment that follows the EY curriculum, and our daughter has developed wonderfully under her care.
She has enjoyed a wide variety of activities over the years, from writing, drawing, crafts and baking to outdoor adventures, discovering nature, and going on outings. Playgroups have also given her the chance to socialise and build important skills in sharing and playing with others. Yvonne has been consistently supportive and encouraging, especially during key milestones such as potty training, where she worked closely with us to follow routines and motivate her with sticker charts she absolutely loved.
Meals are another highlight, Yvonne provides a healthy lunch each day, and we also choose the option of a hot evening meal, which our daughter thoroughly enjoys. She loves playing in the garden and especially spending time with the rabbits.
Above all, we have complete confidence in Yvonne’s judgement and care. She is kind, reliable, and thoughtful, and we know that when our daughter is with her, she is safe, happy, and learning. We couldn’t ask for a better childminder and feel incredibly grateful for everything she does.
